Our store is hosted on bluehost.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Design Requests – We do our best to come up with a design and final piece that will meet your expectations! When a custom made item is ready, there is a two-week period upon notification of completion for a user / customer to view pictures or arrange to see the custom made item in person, and make payment. If payment is not made within 14 days of the original notification, C&Cintuitions will display the item for purchase to other customers on our website.
For local pickup, we will typically meet you on the far eastern side of Tucson, Arizona either the public library off of Golf Links, Miller-Golf Links Library, or a location off of I-10, the Quik Mart. Sometimes we display our items at local events and can meet you at one of those locations as well (see our Facebook site, C&Cintuitions, to find out where our next event will be). All locally sold items have a 30 day period for return if you are not satisfied with your item. Please contact us either by e-mail or phone to coordinate a local area return. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that is no longer in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Due to the high cost of shipping, all shipped items are final sale. All shipping options are described to you during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (e.g., blog comments) you provide on this site is freely given and ownership rights of that content becomes C&Cintuitions property. We do our best to update the site but are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or any third-party for any change to any product or verbiage within this site.
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. Our products are typically limited quantity (most times only 1 exists). We do our best to photograph and display our products as accurately to its true self as possible. Items purchased are “as is” and display metal flaws and color variations. Many of our items are very heavy and we do our best to round any sharp edges. Upon purchase of one of our products, we are not held liable for any injury caused by the handling, use or display of our products. You agree that we are not held liable for any claim made by any person using our website or purchasing or handling our products.
We reserve the right to refuse an order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchase orders. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your order transactions and contact you if needed. If an order was processed, and the product is no longer available, we will refund the order to the card or account used for purchase.
